FREDDIE CRESPO
Freddie Crespo has been in the Real Estate Business since 1996. I
began in California where I jumped into the foreclosure market servicing Banks with their REO (Real Estate Owned) properties.
I worked for CHFA, Real Property Marketing, The Money Store, Bank of America, Countrywide just to name a few. I became a Top
Producer in the Top 10 company wide for Century 21 from 1997-2001 closing over 275 transactions.
I started a Real Estate School at Century 21 and became their #1
trainer for new licensees. Many new licensees became Top Producers using my time tested systems.
In 2002 Pinnacle Estate Properties, the Top Selling Real Estate
Company in the San Fernando Valley, called and gave me an offer I could not refuse. I started a Real Estate School for Pinnacle
and that company grew from 2 offices to 7 offices in 3 years. My personal production continued with sales over 12 million
dollars per year 3 years in a row 2003-2005.
In 2005 my family and I moved to Lake Mary Florida and started Investors Real Estate LLC. We figured it
was time to do for ourselves what we have done for other companies in the past. We opened our Real Estate division along
side our Property Management Division.
In 2007 we began a Mortgage Division and became a Licensed Correspondent
Mortgage Lender
With the overwhelming need
for Mortgages in California we also started a Mortgage division through JM CAPITAL.
We now help people Purchase, sell, manage, get loans, and close their transactions under one umbrella. With
the new purchase of our building in 2007, we opened Central Florida Real Estate Real Estate School. Professor Matthew West
Esquire is the instructor and is also the Broker of record for Investors Real Estate LLC.
We are excited to see what GOD has in store for this company and all who
enter through its doors.
